Abstract

Integrated management systems are the way in which companies manage to harmoniously integrate different operational variables such as quality and environmental impact control, integrated into a single operating policy, this brings great advantages to the organization in terms of control and quality in its processes and even the opportunity to enter new markets, therefore the present objective of the project is to design an integrated management system for the JM Supermarkets company based on the NTC ISO 14001 and NTC ISO 9001 standards, where through A descriptive study allowed to know the current status of compliance with each of the requirements set forth in the standards, where it could be shown that the level of compliance was 8% for the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 and 6.52% for the NTC ISO 14001, and the design of the integrated management system based on both regulations was developed, developing the design of the documentation regulatory the development of the regulations and evaluating by means of an inductive-deductive method the current state of the company finding particular problems in the missionary and operational processes of this.
