This investigation work consists of the development of an electronic nose system using MEMS MOS gas sensors for the detection of prostate cancer through breath samples, it is the first prototype of electronic nose developed at the University of Pamplona using this methodology of acquisition of metal oxide sensors, the device uses the Internet of Things as software development; capable of providing support to medical personnel for the detection and monitoring of prostate cancer through an innovative, non-invasive and versatile technique. This raises expectations for patients with chronic diseases, as they can be exempted from cumbersome and inefficient processes for early and timely detection of this disease. The use of IoT technology allows easy access to the information stored on a web server, to process the data instantly and wherever it is required, since the system is portable and does not require qualified personnel to record the samples of each patient.es_CO
