Prácticas empresariales como auxiliar de ingeniero en análisis estructurales y estudios patológicos en la empresa “JS. Consultoría y Construcción SAS” en la ciudad de Bogotá.

Abstract

The following report shows the development of the business practice as a modality of degree work for obtaining the university degree as a civil engineer, this focused on the support as an engineering assistant in structural analysis and pathological studies in the company JS CONSULTORÍA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN SAS during (4) months in which different activities related to structural calculation were developed, such as load evaluation, modeling of structural designs, drawing of structural elements, in addition to testing of soil studies and structural pathologies taking into account the Colombian regulation of seismic resistant construction (NSR1O). In the development of the practice, support was provided in different projects such as the "MACARENA" building, "LAS ILUSIONES" building, "LOS CORAZONES" building, balcones complex, among others, and the aforementioned activities were carried out by means of software such as Etabs for the structural models, AutoCAD for the drawing of structural elements and Excel to show the results of the laboratory tests performed. At the end of the development of the activities it is possible to identify the importance of the structural models, as well as the correct application of the standard in the predimensioning of the structural elements, on the other hand, it was possible to make use of updated tools to perform pathological diagnoses.
