Abstract

The project presented below is based on carrying out the degree work in the business practice modality to obtain the title of Civil Engineer from the University of Pamplona, which was developed in the JONAFLOP construction company under the name "BUSINESS PRACTICE AS AUXILIARY ENGINEER IN THE JONAFLOP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE SUPERVISION, MONITORING AND CONTROL OF THE CIUDADELA SANTO TOMAS RESIDENTIAL JOINT PROJECT TO BE CARRIED OUT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA – NORTH OF SANTANDER”. Its main objective was to carry out technical supervision functions, carrying out surveillance and administration processes in the activities carried out in the field, which allowed guaranteeing the construction works that involve the review and verification of the concrete resistance, pointing to the above. in NSR-10 title C, as well as the correct use of the steels worked during the construction process, reviewing and approving said processes, which had to comply with the quality standards requested in the project. During this time, fortnightly reports are carried out, which show the monitoring and control carried out during the business practice.
