Abstract

The purpose of this degree project is the design of a strategic logistics plan for the procurement area (Supply Chain) of the company SUMMUM ENERGY S.A.S. Yopal / Casanare branch, which seeks to improve the accumulation of solped's, in other words, the incoming order requests in the area. In the first instance, an internal analysis was carried out with engineering tools such as SWOT analysis and CAME analysis, as well as an interview with the direct manager of this section, and an observation format with the experiences obtained during the passage through the organization. Subsequently, the strategic plan was materialized, where the most convenient improvement actions to mitigate or provide a solution to the current problems were set out, looking for activities that would generate an optimal solution to the objective of each one of them. On the other hand, a financial analysis was carried out with the objective of knowing the cost that the implementation of the strategic plan would bring to the organization, using profitability indicators such as cost/benefit, IRR, NPV, and payback period. And thus to know if it is feasible to make the investment. Finally, the socialization of the created strategic plan was made, to the direct boss of the area in question, presentation made by the Teams platform which was a success, thus receiving the approval of the same, via corporate mail. Highlighting the importance of the improvement actions socialized, for the benefit and welfare of the area.
