Práctica empresarial como ingeniero auxiliar de supervisión de obra en la construcción de la Biblioteca del Campus Principal en la Universidad de Pamplona.

Abstract

In the construction of the new library of the University of Pamplona, carrying out punctual monitoring of a regulatory, technical, administrative and quality control nature to be carried out during the same business practice, carried out by the corresponding party as a construction supervisor with experience and knowledge in the matter developed in the educational field in order to ensure that the work is carried out with quality, cost and time, established in the contract; taking into account the technical file and current regulations. In this way, throughout the practice, processes are developed such as compliance with safety standards, verification of the construction processes from the professional part of them, verification of compliance with the times stipulated by the schedule of activities and the proper development of monetary spending with Regarding the contracted activities, generating with this a total delivery of a construction with a focus and social impact in favor of the university community, it is for this reason that the processes that have been entrusted to the practitioner where these activities were developed were carried out daily. The project considered the supervision of civil works activities in the different infrastructures using the knowledge granted by the civil engineering program of the University of Pamplona where tasks such as review of plans, budget, APUS were also carried out in order to reduce the high index of delays in the times that the contractor had requested all these processes are observed in a better way in the development of this work.
