| dc.description | El presente proyecto de grado está basado en la práctica empresarial realizada en la FUNDACIÓN. Su objetivo principal fue apoyar como Ingeniero Civil auxiliar en actividades relacionadas con la planificación, supervisión y mejora de proyectos de infraestructura, basándose en los conocimientos adquiridos durante la formación académica en la universidad, y adquiriendo en contraprestación una experiencia laboral significativa que permitió aplicar dichos conocimientos en un entorno profesional real. El informe tiene como propósito presentar un reporte detallado de las funciones desempeñadas durante la práctica profesional, la cual se extendió por un periodo de cuatro (4) meses. En este tiempo, el estudiante participó activamente en la elaboración de informes de avance de obra, facturación, satisfacción de proyectos finalizados, y balances de actividades realizadas frente a las propuestas iniciales. Además, desarrolló planos red line y as built, optimizando su elaboración mediante un enfoque práctico en campo, así como planimetrías digitales para nuevos proyectos de vivienda. Adicionalmente, se realizaron diagnósticos técnicos para postulantes a programas de vivienda nueva. El informe incluye una descripción detallada de cada actividad desarrollada, justificando su ejecución y destacando el aporte del estudiante. Este documento se complementa con apéndices. | dc.description.abstract | This degree project is based on the business practice carried out at the EL ALCARAVÁN FOUNDATION. Its main objective was to support as an Assistant Civil Engineer in activities related to the planning, supervision and improvement of infrastructure projects, calculating the knowledge acquired during academic training at the university, and acquiring in return significant work experience that allowed the application of said knowledge. . in a real professional environment. The purpose of the report is to present a detailed report of the functions performed during the professional practice, which extended over a period of four (4) months. During this time, the student actively participated in the preparation of work progress reports, billing, satisfaction of completed projects, and balances of activities carried out against the initial proposals. In addition, it developed red line and as-built plans, optimizing their preparation through a practical approach in the field, as well as digital plans for new housing projects. Additionally, technical diagnoses were carried out for applicants to new housing programs. The report includes a detailed description of each activity developed, justifying its execution and highlighting the student's contribution. This document is complemented by annexes and records that illustrate the achievements.
