Abstract

The work that I present below, carried out under the diploma modality, presents a proposal for a more sustainable alternative construction and that aims to solve the housing problems of the city of Cúcuta with a deficit of 36 thousand houses, this lack of housing creates marginal areas which we popularly know as invasions, one of these areas is my field of study, the Fortaleza neighborhood to the west of the city, in this neighborhood we find a series of social, economic and construction problems, on the one hand the qualitative indexes of the houses, that generate problems of adequate human development, and on the other hand the quantitative one which more and more people come to the place to have their property and thus get their home with these two premises, it is allowed to analyze housing construction alternatives that can solve said demand , with architecture on land a strong point in sustainability we give ourselves the task of taking studies soil god to know the conditions of this for the realization of housing with the own land of the site, and present to the communities said construction alternatives so that they can make their housing.
