Abstract

In the Magdalena Medio region there is great potential in the field of oil, agriculture and fishing, where Sabana de Torres is positioned in a strategic place in this region and in relevance in connection with the center of the country and the Caribbean part. The municipality lacks planning on mobility issues, taking into account the economic and social scale that it manages, since due to its productivity there is a large number of floating population, therefore, a project is required that guarantees the community in general , excellent internal mobility conditions and from here to be able to influence the economy, social and environmental issues. It is necessary to generate order to the issue of mobility starting from the surrounding areas of the municipality, with the entire issue of cargo transportation, then to create trails and routes for the active mobility of the municipality and in turn restore roads in poor condition where a Coverage throughout the municipality of required signage, and given this, connection spaces between green areas will be generated, recovering or creating these thanks to tactical urbanism. On the other hand, and as a no less important problem of mobility, the center of the municipality will be decongested since this is where the greatest disorder of the urba area lies, due to this a specific space will be granted for the organization and labor work for all transport public, parking areas and a park will be managed to help us expand the centrality and decongest and recover lost parts of the municipality.
