Abstract

The present degree work focused on presenting a strategy to improve the positioning of the company BACRUZ SAS in the municipality of Málaga Santander, in order to increase its participation in the market through the development of strategies, to offer quality services with reasonable prices. accessible and on time, managing to stand out with a different value proposition. For this, an integrated management system was designed that allowed to cover the needs of the operational process of providing the company's service; under ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 standards In the development and implementation of the project, a methodology was based that guaranteed to maintain a follow-up and a logical process in each component analyzed, through the deductive method, the inductive method and the analytical method; and a scheme of data collection techniques such as direct observation, the interview with the legal representative and surveys applied to the company's employees, which allowed the analysis and interpretation of the results of the operational processes. Next, the planning of the system was carried out, elaboration of the necessary controls, monitoring and measurement operations, mechanisms of strengthening actions, reaching a procedure framed continuously to improve, taking it as a starting point for carrying out activities and attaching the respective evidence. of its design, in order to achieve competitiveness, economic growth, social welfare, generating a high degree of satisfaction in its customers, employees and collaborators and always ensuring the protection of the environment.
