Propuesta de programa de trabajo seguro en alturas (TSA) del SG-SST en la empresa Empopamplona S.A. E.S.P. en el municipio de Pamplona (Norte de Santander).

Abstract

This degree work identifies the current status of Safe Work at Heights in the company EMPOPAMPLONA S.A. E.S.P, whose main objective is to design a procedure and work permit that allows the company to have the work plan organized. The most appropriate elementary information collection method to develop this inquiry, 2 important resources are used, such as observation and survey, through these methods it is expected to seek essential information to detect shortcomings in relation to the work area and any danger that may develop in the impoverished company. A tour of the organization was made, to recognize the process and obtain a recognition of each area afterwards, the components of danger present in the area were detected. Therefore, 3 stages were defined, in the first an inspection is carried out to observe the degree of maturity in this area, the strengths and weaknesses that the company presents in its process of carrying out Safe Work at Height were defined, this was consolidated in a SWOT matrix. In the second stage, the design and structuring of the Safe Work at Heights procedure was carried out, where the description and the person responsible for each of these activities is disclosed. In the third stage, the Work Permit is designed so that all work to be carried out must be completed and approved by the supervisor. And as the last stage, the objective is to design a training plan for the staff who carry out these activities, thus being able to have a staff with good skills and knowledge regarding the activity that they carry out on a daily basis
