Automatización integrada del cultivo hidropónico y el lombricultivo componentes de la granja cunícula autosustentable en el municipio de Mutiscua.

Abstract

The main orientation of this project is the automation of the self-sustaining rabbit farm located in the municipality of Mutiscua – Norte de Santander. The automation integrates two processes of the farm, which are the manufacture of organic fertilizer (vermicultive) and production of hydroponic crop (greenhouse). The components of the processes were modeled with flowcharts to represent the inputs, decisions, and outputs. Many of the repetitive tasks that were performed by workforce, were replaced by electronic devices, while maintaining a strict census on the different variables involved and taking the necessary control actions for the proper functioning of the farm. The implementation was realized with embedded systems of low cost like Arduino and Raspberry achieving compliance with the most of requirements requested for the automation, with efficient answers by part of the actuators.
