    Abstract: The main objective of this degree work is to carry out the update of the quality management system in the company omega S.A Bogotá solutions under the guidelines of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015. Complying with the requirements of this. To support the above, all the necessary documentation is presented so that later the quality management system is implemented in the company. Through the ISO-9001: 2015 standard in the company, it aims to achieve the improvement of the service provided by the company SOLUCIONES OMEGA S.A. of Bogotá and the satisfaction of its customers and suppliers. 2.1.2 Description of the SGC stages. 1. After an audit of one of the clients, we see the urgent need to set up a quality management system that would support the needs of the clients. 2, senior management makes the decision to implement the management system in the company, which is why resources are analyzed and responsible 3, taking into account the arguments of ISO 9001, the awareness that must be made known to all the members of the company is defined, so that all the processes are directed to the fulfillment of the efficiency of the system 4 Diagnosis is made under the ISO 9001 norm and the standard is defined = and the critical procedures of each process are structured, in turn the document of the quality manual is given form. The procedures are disclosed to the personnel involved and the policies that make up each process 5, internal audit procedure is performed, auditors are trained and the audit plan is scheduled 6.     Description: El principal objetivo de este trabajo de grado es llevar cabo la actualización del sistema de gestión de calidad en la empresa SOLUCIONES OMEGA S.A Bogotá bajo los lineamientos de la NTC ISO 9001:2015. Dando cumplimiento a los requisitos de esta. Para soportar lo anterior, se presenta toda la documentación necesaria para que posteriormente el sistema de gestión de calidad sea implementado en la empresa. A través de la norma ISO-9001:2015 en la empresa, se pretende lograr la mejora del servicio prestado por la empresa SOLUCIONES OMEGA S.A. de Mosquera- Cundinamarca y la satisfacción de sus clientes y proveedores.
