Abstract

The practice is an opportunity that allows students to develop their skills and attitudes in a work environment, promoting personal and professional development of the practitioner. This paper illustrates the development of a proposal that allows the application of knowledge acquired in the processes SAS Company Proalimentos Liber specifically Catering unit; and revolves around the identification and preparation of the inventory of fixed assets (plant and equipment property), which may account for and systematize as is commanded by the accounting policies generally accepted, before it was required prior knowledge of the company of its corporate aspects and diagnosis after the application of a SWOT matrix that allowed highlight shortcomings in these processes, which is why targets were raised initially, in order to develop them through a plan of action. The proposal put forward and implemented improvements throughout the report is made solely for the purpose of testing what they learned during training at the University, bases that have achieved the objectives set forth herein.
