| Abstract: | The objective of this research is to carry out a case study of two Venezuelan immigrant adults, through a qualitative study, identifying which social determinants affect their life cycle during their residence in Colombia. This research has a cross-sectional design, the sample is made up of two Venezuelan immigrant adults between the ages of 28 and 46, and three techniques are used to collect the information; Semi-structured interview consisting of 18 items, non-participatory observation and life history, based on the information collected, an analysis of the results is carried out to reveal the main social determinants that disturb their life cycle. Social coexistence and mental health, food and nutritional security, health and work are highlighted as the most affected social determinants, and the crisis conditions in the neighboring country tend to worsen according to the perception of immigrants. |
| Description: | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo, realizar un estudio de caso de dos adultos inmigrantes venezolanos, por medio de un estudio cualitativo, identificando qué determinantes sociales afectan su ciclo vital durante su residencia en Colombia, esta investigación posee un diseño de corte transversal, la muestra la conforma dos adultos inmigrantes Venezolanos que se encuentran en un rango de edades entre los 28 a 46 años, para la recolección de la información se emplea tres técnicas; entrevista semiestructurada que consta de 18 ítems, observación no participante e historia de vida, a partir de dicha información recolectada se realiza el análisis de los resultados que permite evidenciar cuales son los principales determinantes sociales que perturban su ciclo vital. La convivencia social y salud mental, seguridad alimentaria y nutricional, Salud y ámbito laboral se resaltan como los determinantes sociales más afectados, además las condiciones de crisis en el vecino país tienden a agravarse según la percepción de los inmigrantes. |
