Abstract

The Project presented below was issued from the recovery and use of cardboard considered as solid waste, being the result of unpacking the donations received by the Hoasis Foundation. Experimentation with said material is carried out to take into account all its advantages and possibilities in terms of being treated, all under Sampieri's research methodology together with Karl Ulrich's method, having a mixed approach in which qualitative tools and results are combined. and quantitative for the general assessment of the objectives of the work. A solid waste management policy is generated along with their classification to achieve the recovery of cardboard to be considered raw material and give it a second useful life, resignifying the material and adding value through different applications that at the same time reinforce the promotion of the foundation.
