Guía gastronómica de Santiago de Tolú.

Abstract

The research object of this project, starts from the realization of an analysis of all the information on the gastronomy of Santiago de Tolú. In order to propose the creation of a digital primer on the gastronomic culture of Santiago de Tolú, carrying out a previous study that allowed the identification of its gastronomic cultural heritage. The starting point was one of UNESCO's heritage concepts as a world reference in cultural heritage; in addition to the considerations of the legal regulations in force about Tourism and culture. It is obtained that the municipality of Santiago de Tolú has a gastronomic importance, standing out as an important center of gastronomy, added to its main role as one of the main seaports of the time, a characteristic that it retains to this day. Due to its strategic position in the great basin of the Colombian Caribbean. The digital booklet is expected to be an instrument to rescue the historical memory of the gastronomic culture of the municipality of Santiago de Tolú, as well as increase its tourist offer.
