Revitalización Urbana del Malecón Hatillo de Loba – Bolivar proyecto urbano-paisajístico.

Abstract

The fundamental role of the boardwalk is to link this public space between the Magdalena River and the urban fabric of the municipal seat in the municipality of Hatillo de Loba. In the exposed objectives, urban design is mentioned under the strategy of the concept of urban revitalization, to counteract the physical deterioration of the boardwalk. The proposal of the urban landscape project of urban revitalization of the boardwalk arises from investigating the problems presented, identifying them under some causes and consequences, which through the theoretical bases can be justified; likewise by the theory of the humanization of public space, the trend model of the river and the city and the concept of urban revitalization. The regulations are covered by laws and regulations of public spaces, and environmental protection. The formulation that denotes the stated objectives and the key point that is urban revitalization, applying it to the architectural process.
