dc.description.abstractProfessional practice is a process of learning, training and adaptation to work life in which the student has the possibility to experiment and develop in a real work environment, which in turn allows him to develop and put into practice the knowledge and skills acquired in your academic training. This report initially describes the Entity (Arauca Development Institute - IDEAR) and its most relevant corporate aspects, then to comply with the improvement proposal a diagnosis is made through evaluation matrices, a descriptive and detailed diagnosis of each one of the areas and processes that are executed in the Institute which allowed to have a clear panorama and see the current state in which the Institute is located and also through a DOFA Matrix the high and low points of the Institute were identified in order to generate the improvement proposal to be implemented within the Entity. The improvement proposal that is implemented consists in the design and creation of a Manual of Work Coexistence which served as a tool to direct and consolidate the healthy and peaceful coexistence of the Entity's officials in the exercise of their daily functions.es_CO
