Gestión de la seguridad alimentaria en programas del adulto mayor en Puerto Rondón.

Abstract

The following report is presented as a final requirement to opt for the degree of Business Administrator of the University of Pamplona, in which knowledge acquired during training as students of the University of Pamplona is applied. To develop this report, we begin by making a historical review of the entity where the professional practice was carried out, in this case, the Mayor's Office of the Municipality of Puerto Rondón - Arauca, in order to know its trajectory, and how it has evolved over the course of time, in turn to know its mission, vision, corporate values, organizational structure and other internal aspects, then a diagnosis is applied with the objective of knowing the current situation of the entity, and start designing strategies with the objective of strengthening the advantages and opportunities, and minimize the impact of weaknesses and threats. Taking into account the work area that was assigned and the respective functions as a practitioner, the development of a proposal for improvement begins, which has as its title; ´´Food Security Management in Senior Programs in Puerto Rondón´´. Which is a program aimed at the elderly of the Municipality of Puerto Rondón, this program has presented some logistical problems, and the improvement proposal focuses on improving this situation and providing advice so that the food security program is self-sustaining and improves the living conditions of the beneficiaries and the population interested in participating in these programs, in addition to generating a business culture and energizing the economy of the municipality.
