Abstract

Business practice is above all an experience that seeks to integrate and apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during the career in specific context of their profession, developing their skills and abilities for the training of a new professional in the administrative area, which will It provides the student with a unique experience that allows them to acquire skills with excellent performance with efficiency in their work and professional life, as well as possessing expertise in solving associated problems in the workplace. Taking into account all the knowledge obtained as a student in academic training, it is very important to take into account all these processes to put them into practice and apply them in the company in which I was assigned as an intern, and to be able to provide the entity with an improvement in its processes. In carrying out the practice, I was assigned functions in the Pamplona Territorial Unit within SIGESCOR at the Regional Autonomous Corporation of the Northeast Border, "CORPONOR" where I apply all the knowledge acquired within my training, to be applied in the best way within of the tasks assigned to me as Administrator, in order to identify weaknesses and threats that may affect the company, and thus apply a proposal for improvement, and thus achieve a better benefit for the organization in the future.
