Abstract

With the practices carried out at the IPS MARYBAU EU of La Loma, Cesar it was observed that this lacked an organizational structure (organizational chart), to function properly, all organizations, regardless of their nature field of operation, or both, require a framework for action. This framework constitutes the organizational structure, which is but a division ordered and systematic of its work units based on the object of its creation translated and specified in strategies. The achievement of the goals of the company depends on the fulfillment of the objectives of each department, to comply it is necessary to have a structure defined and manuals that contribute to the organization in the execution of the tasks assigned to the suitable personnel, and promote uniformity in the work. That is why, in this degree work, the elaboration of an organizational structure according to the needs of the company will be carried out, the strategic addressing through the process map, the value chain and identify the functions of the positions in the IPS MARYBAU.
