Abstract

Currently, it is essential that organizations standardize their procedures, thereby ensuring greater efficiency in the development of their operations, facilitating in many ways the continuous improvement of the company, giving it an advantage over how it performs its activities against the competition. The main objective of this degree project is to provide a guide to the treatment that should be given to those processes that are executed in the areas of billing and inventory management. This is thanks to the implementation of an internal process manual specifically focused on these areas. The manual specifies various procedures for the development of operations such as: the management and control of daily sales, billing of the ESS brand, monitoring and rotation of inventories, conduit of additional invoicing in inventories. Bearing in mind the above, it is recommended to maintain the main focus of the degree proposal which is to contribute with the company when it comes to having new personnel in these areas, facilitating the improvement of the connection with new employees; In particular, there will be a guide for the development of the billing internships at Compass Group Services Colombia S.A in the Isagen Hidrosogamoso camp.
