Desarrollo de un plan estratégico en la empresa Prosalud S.A.S para generación de valor a sus clientes.

Abstract

Through this report will seek to describe in detail, the performance performed at the time of carrying out the professional practice of the career of Business Administration, and also raise awareness about the operation of an IPS, both as a company and as a social organization. This was carried out during the months of February and June 2018. The place of performance of this, was in an IPS, located in the city of Magangue Bolivar, in which I was under the supervision of Mr. Cristobal colon company and also in charge of the entire administrative part of the entity. Initially, I was living in the context of health, which was unknown to me, so I had to start managing and knowing the meanings of acronyms of habitual use of medicines, in addition to putting into practice all the knowledge learned in the University, learn and know teamwork and also find the different problems that arise in the workplace. When performing a Diagnostic in the Ips object of study, I have started my practice, where according to the functions of this Ips a series of problems have been found, hence a proposal of development and implementation of a strategic plan in the health company sas, for an improvement in the entity and leave a very important footprint with the organization, leaving my training academy and my program.
