Implementación de Buenas Prácticas Administrativas en el Área de Comercialización Seccional DIAN Arauca-Arauca.

Abstract

This report evidences the professional practice in training of the Business Administration program carried out from August to November of the year 2018 which was carried out in the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN), this space of time resulted in a mutual benefit for the entity, contributing my knowledge obtained in the University of Pamplona, as for me, because this experience allowed to enrich personal and professional level. Initially, the corporate name and history of this entity and the entire corporate part are shown. Then, to start with the improvement proposal begins with a thorough and detailed diagnosis starting with an EFI, EFE and SWOT matrix, analysis and description of the marketing area; so that from the shortcomings and problems obtained can be proposed improvements that contribute to the solution. In this sense, a quality model called DEMING was proposed for the creation of a step by step project of Donation, Destruction and Return and thus be able to offer good administrative practices in the area of commercialization.
