Abstract

The tribute generally maintains a close relationship with the economy of each Colombian, which is based on the growth and development of a society. By means of the budgetary execution of income of the Margarita-Bolívar city hall, there is a low level of potential collection on the part of the taxpayers with respect to the unified property tax. This proposal shows the fulfillment of the strategies and policies that favor the increase of the level of potential collection, which allow that the income from the collection made by the entity to be invested in the development of projects for the community, which improves the quality of life of each one of its inhabitants.
