Abstract

Strategic planning in an organization constitutes a fundamental pillar that must be constantly strengthened, from this dependence the achievement of the proposed objectives and the growth of the organization. Taking into account the above, this work is based on making a diagnosis of the company to know the situation in which it is located and identify those areas of the company that present weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities summarized in a SWOT matrix, with in order to know urgent problems that require solutions by the administration. Next, an improvement proposal is proposed to help solve some of the problems that are being presented internally, in this case, the accounting and financial area, applying my knowledge acquired in academic training. Said proposal will be developed throughout the academic semester, divided into a first installment that covers the approach of the proposal, objectives and justification, the second the development of 70% of the improvement proposal, and a third report with the recommendations and conclusions of the work done. Finally, the management will be in charge of evaluating whether it is convenient to implement the final result of the proposal, for the improvement of the processes and procedures of the accounting and financial area.
