Diseño del proceso de provisión del recurso humano de la empresa r&r occitelf del municipio de villa del rosario, Norte de Santander

Abstract

This degree work is based on a project called Design of the personnel supply process of the company R&R Occitelf, in the municipality of Villa del Rosario, Norte de Santander. It was developed based on a diagnosis made to the company where it was possible to obtain information of its weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats in the Human Resources department. Information was also obtained with the implementation of interviews and direct observation allowing us to guide the realization of the project based on a felt need. Therefore, in this process, from the recruitment to the hiring of the worker to the company, we propose an improvement in the processes of personnel supply in the company, reducing costs and expenses. Finally, some conclusions and recommendations aimed at the solution and improvement of the company where it was possible to carry out this project are presented.
