Abstract

The approach of this Comprehensive Teaching Practice is to be able to carry out a mediation between the area of artistic education and the cultural heritage of the region, its main objective is to implement at headquarters # 25 of the Educational Institution Colegio María Concepción Loperena, teaching strategies where Secondary and middle school students can recognize the material and immaterial heritage assets of the Nortesantanderean Region, thus creating identity and recognition of the environment in which they are found through different plastic, visual and audiovisual tools, through heritage education approaches such as they are the Objectual and Processual Method, where it focuses on the content to be taught and on the establishment of the relationship in the teaching-learning process in the educator and the student, thus creating awareness and reflective aptitude for the conservation and value of nature. cultural historical memory, in order to carry out from their creativity , artistic expressions, that are made visible by the educational community in which they are found. Concepts are thus raised in relation to the definition of art in order to think about artistic mediation tools for teaching regional cultural heritage and its importance in education. The design of the educational project is exposed and what the different themes that encompass cultural heritage in each grade of the educational institution, the evaluation, its results and/or learning difficulties in the application of such a project imply.
