Diseño del Sistema Integrado de Gestion basado en los lineamientos de las normas ISO 14001:2015 e iso 45001:2018 en la empresa transportes Okendo S.A.S.

Abstract

Transportes Okendo S.A.S, is a company dedicated to the Land Freight Transportation service at a national level, committed to complying with current legal regulations; In this way, the company seeks to relate all its internal processes in such a way that continuous improvement strategies are achieved to guarantee safe, reliable and responsible transportation. This project seeks to design an integrated management system taking into account the Colombian technical standards ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 in the company, for the fulfillment and execution of this design, 3 fundamental phases were established: PHASE 1: DIAGNOSIS With the beginning of this phase, it was possible to establish the preliminary review of the documents that the company has for the respective compliance with the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards to be implemented previously. PHASE 2: STRUCTURING OF THE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Once the initial documentation was established, the respective adjustment and organization of the same was carried out in order to adapt and align them under the fulfillment of the requirements, in the same way it was possible to carry carried out the structuring of this documentation for the respective integration into the main system based on the Colombian technical standards NTC ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. PHASE 3: AWARENESS Finally, methodological, didactic and pedagogical tools were used that allowed us to publicize the training, awareness, socialization and training plan for company personnel on the importance and execution for compliance with standards in order to obtain continuous improvement in the company. Ultimately, the documentary part that the Transportes Okendo company has was compiled, fully identifying the existing documents and the respective modifications and / or corrections that they need, as well as the design of the documents and additional formats that will allow the organization better information control. The complete development of this initially proposed design was carried out thanks to the previous and continuous knowledge that was acquired in the development of the specialization as well as the disposition of all the employees of the company TRANSPORTES OKENDO S.A.S.
