Práctica profesional como auxiliar de residente de obra en la supervisión, control y ejecución de la construcción de proyecto aulas orientales fase II de la Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander ubicada en la ciudad de Cúcuta, Norte de Santander, Colombia.

Abstract

The scope of civil works for academic purposes in Norte de Santander is reflected in the project "AULAS ORIENTALES FASE II" being developed at the University Francisco de Paula Santander in the city of Cúcuta. Therefore, this report will detail the activities carried out by the trainee in the technical monitoring as a civil engineering assistant in that work. During the time of execution as assistant of resident of the same one, the intern realized supervision and follow-up, making fulfill the requested by designs and planes provided by the contracting entity. The intern made available and put into practice the skills acquired as a student of the Civil Engineering undergraduate program of the University of Pamplona, acquiring on site the knowledge of the construction processes, personnel management and the set of inherent events that occur on site. He also controlled the quantities of work executed in the project in order to prepare and present the weekly report showing the budgetary progress of the work to the contracting entity in the respective works committees.
