Abstract

The University of Pamplona field opens throughout the country and has entered the international level to develop solutions that meet the different entities to public, private national universities, departmental and municipal schools, governors, mayors, health institutions, among other spaces covering the Colombian geography through communication strategies and technology to streamline quality processes in different areas. The Project Management Office of the University of Pamplona has been a key piece of vital importance to the institution, as has forged its appreciation to regional and national levels through coordination agreements not only with technology, but the logistics and training nature management. This year, this office has changed some of its procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and the satisfaction of growing demands from senior management and client, so it is necessary to update and improve the process and make the corresponding validation.
