Abstract

The purpose of the following project was to evaluate the minimum standards and the realization of the documentary structure contemplated in RESOLUTION 0312 OF 2019, which is the current resolution, however, for this it was necessary to request all the necessary documentation regarding the resolution with the In order to determine what resolution they were in, after reviewing the relevant documentation, it was determined that the current resolution in the organization was resolution 1111 of 2017 which should be changed and updated to resolution 0312 of 2019, a semi-structured interview was conducted In order to know the knowledge of the workers based on their jobs, for this it was necessary to find a finite population sample for 50 collaborators who are currently in force in the company, not counting the new hires that were made , after that we made a tabulation of the pertinent data, the analysis of the d Atos, the decision was reached to reinforce the information provided to the workers at the time of entry, since the interviews showed that the people who did not have knowledge of the things they were asking were newcomers, therefore they opted for reinforce the information and have direct dialogue with the parties that can provide this information, such as the HSE COORDINATE regarding the workshop that is located in the main office of Ingeobras and the 2 HSE that are located in the field with 2 different fronts in the field PAREX (KITARO) AND GEOPARK (JACANA CENTRAL), an evaluation of resolution 1111 of 2017 was carried out and after it arrived we changed to resolution 0312 of 2019, which is the current one, an evaluation of the health and safety management system at work, a documentary structural design of the occupational health and safety management system, an assessment of the company's risk matrix and finally an update of All the outdated aspects of the organization in order to apply the proposal. This proposal was analyzed by an ADVISORY OF THE ARL BOLIVAR and the HSE COORDINATOR, to determine if the scope I proposed was fulfilled as desired and proposed in the preliminary draft.
