    Abstract: Currently, the issue of entrepreneurship is of vital importance for educational entities, since the labor supply is very minimal for the amount of demand available to acquire a job that allows them to perform work and apply the knowledge acquired throughout a professional career. For this reason, the Business Incubator Center of the University of Pamplona was born as a center to boost and enhance the business ideas of all students and student communities, allowing them to develop a business idea that impacts a community in which they have influence. With the project, that more than a business plan becomes a life project.
