Abstract

For the execution of public and private projects, it is essential to carry out technical, administrative and contractual control tasks that guarantee their correct development. This business practice work as a civil engineering degree project of the University of Pamplona, focuses on the supervision of works carried out by the company FERRE SUMINISTROS AL&CA S.A.S of the municipality of Málaga, Santander. The supervision is in charge of controlling the correct development of the technical specifications of construction, the quality of the materials, the application of the norms of security, the rational use of the resources and the accomplishment of the works in the established terms. The company FERRE SUMINISTROS AL&CA SAS of the municipality of Málaga, Santander requested the services of Residence Assistant mainly to accompany the correct addressing of the works in the construction of the phase 1 of the master plan of sewer PTAR of the urban area of the municipality of Carcasí, construction of sanitary sewer of the neighborhood the emerald, libertadores district and airport sector of the municipality of Malaga.
