Abstract: | The purpose of this project is to demonstrate the results of my professional practice in the first semester of 2021, I had the opportunity to work for the HOSPITAL LOCAL DE SAN BENITO ABAD SUCRE. To comply with and contribute to my professional practice, carry out an improvement plan for the external consultation area. As a first point to carry out an exhaustive diagnosis in which I will find great shortcomings in customer service and delay in attending the consultation, so that the hospital has greater effectiveness and better quality of service, I decided to design a model of continuous improvement that allowed Maximize customer service and contribute to the improvement of Hospital processes. |
