Abstract: | Central electric of North of Santander S.A. E.S.P is a network operator and as such is required to meet certain standards of quality in the provision of services to large and small users. Such obligation is established by entities such as the CREG (energy and Gas Regulatory Commission) and the S.S.P.D (Superintendent for domestic public services), is the main reason why this project arises. In any operator's network (OR) always there are rates of power loss resulting in economic losses and low levels of quality of energy delivered to the users, this forces the OR to pursue strategies that will reduce loss indicators, it is not possible to reduce them in full but if they can be at tolerable levels by the company and which are recognized by the CREG and subsequently paid by the entity. In this project to study and apply the methodology put forward in resolution CREG 019 of 2017 for the calculation of technical losses in tension II and III levels, in order to obtain the indicator of technical losses in the power system of CENS composed lines, transformers, measuring equipment, maneuver and cutting equipment. Will be use of data bases of management of information system (GIS)-based networks and users to determine the topology of circuits, associated equipment, types of users, consumption, among other data, which is pretending the circuits according to the studied methodology software DIGSILENT Power Factory 15.2, and thus obtaining the results that will determine the indicators of losses by circuit and finally the most critical circuits are detected and develop a strategic plan of reduction of technical losses. |
