Abstract: The success of any company depends to some extent on the activities of its business, its costs, its income and expenses, inventory control and good teamwork. For this reason, for the company Agua y Refrescos las Palmas it is necessary to have these variables to allow it to project, register, control and evaluate its trajectory in the market, since it will allow it to propose policies and strategies to achieve its objectives. The importance of designing a business plan for the improvement of the company Agua y Refrescos las Palmas in the municipality of Puerto Asís-Putumayo, is because it seeks to improve sales capacity, through new clients, having technified and trained personnel to provide its service, having good resources such as the electromagnetic impulse sealer, which has high quality, electronic weights such as the platform scale and digital gramera, thus processing our products with quantity and quality, in 200 ml water presentations , 360 ml with a modified cirel in the 420 ml mold, also, presentations of 600 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml, 5 liters, 6 liters and bottles, in addition to soft drinks with 70 ml cirels, this cirel sent it to modify in the mold so that our soft drink has a larger size. The scope that these presentations generate in the market, are the attraction and liking for our product, obtaining greater consumption and recognition of water and soft drinks, highlighting its flavor, larger size, quantity and quality. Finally, it is important to highlight the good communication between the intern, the company and the university, in order to properly structure the knowledge of the academic training and achieve it in the corresponding company, evidencing the development and mutual improvement of both parties.
