    Resumen : The following project had as objective the design and implementation of an improvement plan in the areas of consulting and human talent of the company Connotar Technology, due to the results of the diagnosis, which showed weaknesses such as: lack of internal communication, poorly motivated personnel, documentation of null processes, deficiency in the control of processes and in the compliance of results, lack of continuous training on customer service and notarial processes, and deficiency in portfolio collection policies. Therefore, in order to improve these weaknesses and take advantage of the strengths of the organization, different strategies were proposed and implemented for the company to achieve greater planning, organization, management and control of processes, in order to achieve greater efficiency and provide better customer service every day. In order to carry out this degree project, the company began with a historical review, a description of the corporate aspects (mission, vision, quality objectives and values), and a diagnosis was made divided into the following areas: administration, planning, organization, management, control, human resources, marketing, finance and production, which was complemented with a DOFA and a matrix MEFI and MEFE, in order to detect those weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats of the company. In accordance with the aforementioned, different strategies were constructed with the findings, such as the design of an action plan for each area, in which strategies were stipulated, such as documentation and generation of formats corresponding to the areas of consulting and human talent, and the production of informative bulletins with respect to updates on notarial and tax matters, and performance reports on company intranet follow-ups and calls made through the communications platform, development of a training plan and performance evaluations for employees, as well as the implementation of active breaks focused on the welfare of employees and their best performance. Also, the characterization of the implemented processes and the formulation of control mechanisms was carried out by means of a format called "Operational Plan" and a matrix of indicators.
