| Abstract: | The objective of the present investigation was to determine the level of techno-stress through a quantitative study that allows to account for its presence as psychosocial damage in secondary school teachers of the Guaimaral Technical Institute of the municipality of Cúcuta, through a quantitative, descriptive study. on a sample of 32 teachers. To this end, a socio-demographic data questionnaire was applied and the Questionnaire to measure the level of techno-stress (Letona, 2016) which measured the factors: techno-anxiety, techno-addiction and techno-technology. The results indicated average levels of technoadiction and techno-technology and techno-stress in general. |
| Description: | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo Determinar el nivel de tecnoestrés a través de una estudio cuantitativo que permita dar cuenta de su presencia como daño psicosocial en docentes de básica secundaria del Instituto Técnico Guaimaral del municipio de Cúcuta, a través de un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, sobre una muestra de 32 docentes. Para ello, se aplicó un cuestionario de datos sociodemográficos y el Cuestionario para medir el nivel de tecnoestrés (Letona, 2016) el cual midió los factores: tecnoansiedad, tecnoadicción y tecnofatíga. Los resultados indicaron niveles promedio de tecnoadicción y tecnofatíga y tecnoestrés en general. |
