    Resumen : The realization of the teaching practice as an experience in the classroom is part of the training as a teacher since it will be possible to obtain a better understanding of what we have learned during the previous semesters. In this practice was intended to create a pedagogical proposal and implement it with students, who at this time only believe that the teacher of physical education is to put the student "kicking a ball" or even "spinning the field" This being one of the errors that the student has, but no, today physical education, recreation and sports is a more complete because of many aspects that the teacher has to analyze when exercising their role in an institution; On the other hand, sports are essential to make physical education more interesting and the student has a comfortable and interesting place. During the process of pedagogical practice one of the duties of us as teachers is to bring students to knowledge, facilitate it and implement it. Some of the activities carried out during the teaching practice consist in the Classroom Experience, an experience that is reflected in the elaboration of the diagnosis of the group of students and it became a range of possibilities to meet the children, adolescents and young people who at any moment will begin their process in higher education. Probably in practice there were certain needs, fears, difficulties and strengths that the student had, in addition the institution provided opportunities to share with them and thus get more involved in the students to achieve optimal results and give a positive contribution to our program. The experience has several objectives that throughout it are becoming challenges, each class is a test to overcome, vary the methodology, make evaluation a tool of correction and self improvement, generate research, and even better, was encouraged the student to propose strategies to advance their educational process.     Descripción : La realización de la práctica docente como experiencia en el aula hace parte de la formación como maestro ya que se podrá obtener un mejor entendimiento de lo que hemos aprendido durante los semestres anteriores. En esta práctica se tuvo como fin crear una propuesta pedagógica e implementarla con los estudiantes, quienes en esta época solo creen que el docente de educación física es poner al alumno “a darle patadas a un balón” o incluso “darle vueltas a la cancha” siendo este uno de los errores que tiene el estudiante, pero no, hoy en día la educación física, recreación y deportes es un más completa por tantos aspectos que el docente tiene que analizar a la hora de ejercer su rol en una institución; por otro lado los escenarios deportivos son esenciales para que la educación física sea más interesante y el estudiante tenga un lugar cómodo e interesante. Durante el proceso de la práctica pedagógica uno de los deberes de nosotros como profesores es acercar a los estudiantes al conocimiento, facilitarlo e implementarlo incluso algunas de las actividades realizadas durante la práctica docente consiste en la Experiencia de Aula, experiencia que se ve reflejada en elaboración del diagnóstico del grupo de estudiantes y se convirtió en una gama de posibilidades para conocer a los niños, adolescentes y jóvenes que en cualquier momento iniciarán su proceso en la educación superior. Probablemente en la práctica se hallaron ciertas necesidades, temores, dificultades y fortalezas, que el alumno tenía, además la institución brindó oportunidades de compartir con ellos y así involucrarse más en el alumnado para alcanzar óptimos resultados y dar un aporte a positivo a nuestro programa. La experiencia tiene varios objetivos que a lo largo de ella se van convirtiendo en retos, cada clase es una prueba a superar, variar la metodología, hacer de la evaluación una herramienta de corrección y auto superación, generar investigación, y mejor aún, se incentivó al estudiante a plantear estrategias para avanzar en su proceso educativo. La experiencia en el aula se llevó a cabo durante el primer semestre del año en curso, con una intensidad de 4 horas semanales en el horario de 7:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m. los días lunes a viernes, además dos horas de asesoría a los estudiantes que asistían voluntariamente al finalizar la práctica.
