Abstract: This document constitutes an information element of professional practice that has been done within the Faculty of Health, University of Pamplona, which has had a fundamental axis implementing an improvement plan aimed at enhancing the implementation process and presentation of Social Work, work practice and degree programs psychology and physiotherapy. From an overview it is established that the work consisted in the design process maps, from which the student and the teacher, followed a course that can guide them in a better way in their training and professional work. As a result of the process undertaken by the Administrator of companies undergoing training, Psychology and Physical Therapy programs will count from now on with a model counselor training processes related to field work that is set as a parameter to know and measure level of understanding that has managed to acquire during the course of the race.
