Abstract

The Accounting and Budget Unit of the University of Pamplona is the office responsible for carrying out the accounting and budgeting processes to guide the university in the development of new projects and the completion of existing ones. The Accounting and Budget Office is attached to the administrative and financial management of the University of Pamplona and is directly responsible for administering the Financial Resources of the University providing support under precepts of opportunity and effectiveness contributing to the effective execution of the mission and administrative activities of the Institution. In order to comply with these precepts, in this report the Design of the procedures manual for the preparation and presentation of exogenous information is presented; in order to administer an accounting and financial information system under the principles of reliability, timeliness and in accordance with current regulations, in order to provide financial information as a support to decision-making within the organization and compliance with the guidelines established by the state control bodies.
