    Abstract: The objective of the professional practices is to link the student with the administrative reality of the environment, giving the practitioner the opportunity to know and analyze the administration in light of the knowledge acquired during their studies, developing skills and abilities that allow them to participate in a critical way. and creative in the solution of concrete problems, contributing to the improvement and modernization of their work skills. Regarding the information of the company and the dependency, it is detailed in the first chapter, an analysis is made of it and a proposal for improvement is designed, in the second chapter the proposal that demonstrates the scope of each one is developed of the objectives. Quality education is a fundamental right of all people has as an essential quality the respect of rights, equity, relevance and relevance, so previously stated at the University of Pamplona arises the need to address the relevance of the programs understanding that the center of education is the student, and his environment is constantly changing. Therefore, this factor must go hand in hand with the improvement of academic spaces that provide quality to the development of daily practices, focused on continuous improvement and institutional guidelines.
