    Resumen : The objective of this study is to make a diagnosis about how the higher school of public administration is currently in terms of all its processes and in this way apply strategies that lead to continuous improvement looking for efficiency and effectiveness in their production processes in a previously specified area, searching through the aids that the tics offer, creating means and using tools that facilitate an easy and accessible didactic performance to the whole community is looking for the achievement of highly competitive professionals. The role that ICTs must play in education is that of facilitators, as a bridge through which knowledge becomes more accessible. To that extent it is possible that students can learn from practice that new channels of communication and participation are created and more and better competences are generated, which not only must be developed by the student, but must be appropriate in the first place by educators. The ESAP has, like no other entity in Colombia, public servants, teachers, researchers, consultants and advisors of recognized qualification and experience, specialized in different areas of public administration, guaranteeing the suitability in the development of the programs taught throughout the national territory being an institution with great dema of applicants since it teaches and trains the general population on topics of high interest that cover the local regional and national level.
