    Abstract: As part of the proposal for improvement, developed by the intern from the University of Pamplona, at the INSTITUTO DISTRITAL DE LA PARTICIPACION Y ACCION COMUNAL – IDPAC concerning the identification of the factors that influence the outbreak of professional illnesses (as cataloged by the Ministry of Social Protection). The application of surveys, that conform the Battery of Instruments for the Evaluation of Psycho-social Risk Factors, was carried out to the working population. The information obtained from this application is the starting point for the intervention and reduction of the levels of psycho-social risk that may turn out as illness in the population. The application process of the tools, along with the results obtained from them are described in this document. In the same way, the intervention strategy resulting from the global analysis of the information collected by the organization is also proposed here. In this way, the critical points within the organization were able to be identified; also, the intervention strategies that handle those same points were managed to be created, neutralizing the effects and conceiving the improvement results that were aimed for.
