| Abstract: | The objective of this project is to make a proposal for the restructuring of the profiles of the human and organizational development area of the Gelvez rice company, as well as to leave as a proposal an improvement plan for the company area. To support the above, the improvement plan is presented, which will be of great help to seek greater efficiency in terms of the area's process and also leave a proposal with execution dates. |
| Description: | El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar una propuesta para la reestructuración de los perfiles del área de desarrollo humano y organizacional de la empresa arrocera Gelvez, así mismo dejar como propuesta un plan de mejora para el área de la empresa. Para soporte de lo anterior se presenta el plan de mejora el cual será de gran ayuda para buscar una mayor eficiencia en cuanto al proceso del área y así mismo dejar propuesta con fechas de ejecución. |
