Abstract

In this project, the determinants that influence warehouse logistics for the Bless Organization located in the city of Cúcuta will be analyzed through quantitative factors by the application of the Pareto principle based on the ABC methodology for inventories, ordering their products into categories. with the one with the most demand in the market, even those that are not sold, regarding the BCG matrix, it was implemented to visualize the current situation of the company in order to take measures and control the problems that this analysis caused us, followed by this the PEPS method was applied to have knowledge in each of the stores or sales points related to the company; on the products that arrive and those that are sold, giving clarity in the reports on the number of jeans that for different reasons did not go on sale, all the methods have been carried out with the information managed by the company on the production in the month of October based on the different quality tools such as the SWOT matrix, the fishbone and the application of the diagnosis in all areas of the company, to offer a precise understanding of the failure that is occurring when it comes to giving knowledge about General inventory report.
