Abstract

The design of the improvement plan is a fundamental pillar that, as a tool and process, acts as an operational and organizational planning to achieve the proposed objectives and goals. The main part of a planning to improve several specific processes in an area is in the knowledge and information of the environment to work, the realization of internal and external analysis of the area in which we are planning to work and in the necessary follow-up to achieve continuous improvement in it. The purpose of this project is the identification of strategies to carry out the design of an improvement plan for the follow-up and control of the document management and the procedures carried out in the design of the improvement plan for the follow-up and control of the document management and the procedures that are carried out in the Teaching Service Area in the Health Care Institution Hospital San Rafael Level II, where it is sought to create an order and generate opportunities for the processes and collaborators of the area and to reach the total accomplishment of each one of the processes through the fulfillment of the requirements that are carried out in this area. Through this project we intend to know the situation of the institutional accreditation process, the different processes that the employees the different processes carried out by the collaborators and the formative practices that take place in the Entidad Social del Estado Hospital San Rafael Level II through the Teaching Service Area, providing the space and contributions to take advantage of all the opportunities and strengths for the social, economic, organizational and continuous improvement development.
