Abstract

In the current degree project entitled Design of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on the guidelines of the ISO 45001: 2018 Standard, in the Municipal Mayor's Office of Magangué, which allows the entity to have a structured guide for the implementation of such a system. It begins with a diagnosis to show the level of compliance of the organization based on the requirements of the standard, then make a statistical analysis with graphs, tables and qualitative analysis in the observations of the results of the diagnosis to identify those requirements with shortcomings or that they are not fully complying with what is stipulated in the norm at all. As a second step, the documentation required by the standard is carried out, which can be evidenced in the result of the diagnosis that the company as a whole does not have them or that they do not literally comply with what is stipulated in the standard and that, using strategic tools, they were facilitated. to design the document structure. Finally, it is decided to formulate an action plan that allows to show and indicate the way to carry out the execution or implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, based on the ISO 45001: 20188 Standard, in the same way assign the people in charge, resources, activities and records that must be kept to facilitate the implementation.
